How do I know if my roof needs replacing rather than repairing?
Widespread slipped or delaminating tiles, sagging roof lines, failed felt visible in the loft and repeated leaks in different positions all point to replacement. Our survey gives you a plain answer either way.
Can you reuse my existing tiles?
Sound clay and natural slate can often be salvaged and relaid, which suits conservation areas. Concrete tiles past their service life are usually better replaced. We confirm this at survey.
Will you protect my garden and driveway?
Yes. Scaffold is set on protection, access routes are sheeted, and the site is cleared and swept at the end of every day.
