RAMS and method statements are issued before mobilisation, operatives are CSCS carded throughout, and labour is phased to follow your build sequence rather than arriving once and expecting the site to suit us. Valuations, retentions and handover documentation are standard, so the roofing package is not the reason a programme slips.

How we do it
We price from the architectural drawings and the roofing specification, then phase labour to follow the carpenters rather than arriving once and expecting every plot to be ready. Plot by plot or block by block, the roof is signed off in time for scaffold to strike on your programme.
Breathable membranes lapped and fixed to manufacturer instructions, battens graded and fixed at the correct gauge, dry fix ridge, hip and verge systems, and lead work to the Lead Sheet Training Academy details. The details warranty providers and building control check are the ones we get right first time.
Solar arrays, rooflights, soil vent pipes and flues all pass through the roof. We coordinate those penetrations with the relevant trades so flashings and weathering are formed once, properly, rather than cut in afterwards.
