RAMS and method statements are issued before mobilisation, operatives are CSCS carded throughout, and labour is phased to follow your build sequence rather than arriving once and expecting the site to suit us. Valuations, retentions and handover documentation are standard, so the roofing package is not the reason a programme slips.

How we do it
Most commercial roofs have to be replaced or repaired while the building stays in use. We plan phasing around trading hours, set out exclusion zones and edge protection before anyone goes up, and agree a daily handover so the premises are weathertight every evening. On schools and offices that usually means weekend or holiday working for the noisiest stages.
Single ply membranes, built up felt, EPDM and liquid applied systems on flat and low pitch areas, and tile or slate on pitched sections. Where insulation is being upgraded we can work to the U value the building regulations require for a re roof and supply the calculation with the handover pack.
A written specification, a risk assessment and method statement, a programme, daily progress photographs and a completion pack with warranties and manufacturer guarantees. Everything a facilities manager or managing agent needs to close the job on their own system.
