In short. Reactive roof repairs are always more expensive than planned ones, and they always arrive at the worst time. A planned maintenance agreement puts your roofs on a schedule: an annual or twice yearly inspection, gutters and outlets cleared before the wet season, defects photographed and costed, and a forward budget you can take to a board or a client rather than an unexpected invoice. Visits are priced individually rather than on an annual retainer, so you only pay for the visits the building actually needs. Suited to commercial property owners, managing agents, schools, churches and organisations with a portfolio to look after.
Constructionline Gold certified and NFRC registered, carrying £10m public and employers liability insurance. RAMS and method statements are issued before mobilisation, operatives are CSCS carded throughout, and labour is phased to follow your build sequence rather than arriving once and expecting the site to suit us. Valuations, retentions and handover documentation are standard, so the roofing package is not the reason a programme slips.

How we do it
A full inspection of coverings, flashings, valleys, outlets and roofline, clearance of gutters and outlets, and a photographic report afterwards. Defects are sorted into urgent, planned and monitor, so the building owner can budget rather than react.
Most roof leaks start as a blocked outlet or a slipped tile that went unnoticed for a winter. A visit before the wet season catches those while they are cheap to fix, and before water has reached insulation, timber or the ceiling below.
There is no annual retainer and no tie in. Each visit is priced individually after we have seen the building, and anything found is costed separately for you to approve before any work is done.
