Answer first. AM Roofing Services Ltd is an NFRC registered, Constructionline Gold certified roofing contractor based in Buckinghamshire. We work on residential, commercial, public sector and new build roofing across a 25 mile radius, and take responsibility for the whole process, from survey and quotation through to project management, workmanship, site safety and completion.

Behind every AM Roofing project sits a proper set of systems: surveys, written quotations, job packs, material planning, health and safety documentation, daily site photographs, completion certificates, warranties and clear handovers. You are not relying on one roofer's word that the job has been done properly. There is a process and a record behind it.
We are NFRC Registered and hold Constructionline Gold certification, giving customers and clients independent reassurance that we operate to recognised industry and business standards. Whether it is a residential roof, a commercial project or a public sector contract, the aim is simple. Do the job properly, communicate clearly and give our customers complete peace of mind.
What accreditation actually means here
NFRC registration and Constructionline Gold are not badges we bought. They require independent checks on financial standing, health and safety, insurance, quality of work and business conduct, and they have to be maintained. That is the reassurance behind the quotation you receive.

How we work
Survey to handover, five recorded stages
The same process on every job, whether it is a repair or a full replacement roof, so you always know what happens next.

Survey
We attend, inspect the roof and the roof space, take photographs and establish exactly what the job involves.

Quotation
You receive a detailed written quotation setting out specification, materials, access, programme and price. No verbal estimates.

Job pack
The job is planned before anyone arrives, with materials scheduled, access arranged and health and safety documentation issued.

Installation
Work is carried out by CSCS carded operatives with daily site photographs and a tidy site at the end of every day.

Handover
You receive completion documentation, photographic records, warranty details and your workmanship guarantee.
